Quotas of rooms in different rate categories have been booked at attractive rates in the congress venue Hanasaari and in selected downtown hotels. Please note that the hotel reservations are to be done via the online registration form, not directly from the hotel in order to benefit from the special rates. All hotel reservations will be subject to availability.
Hotel deposit
To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required in advance together with the registration fee. The deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will be deducted from your final hotel bill when you check out. All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT.

 Hotel Hanasaari
The conference venue
Address: Hanasaarenranta 5, Espoo
Hotel Hanasaari is located in the midst of the archipelago, close to the Helsinki city centre and it can be reached easily by several buses from Helsinki downtown.
The hotel rooms are calm and spacious, and Restaurant Johannes offers friendly and accommodating service. The hotel also has a relaxing sauna with a swimming pool. Hanasaari features free-of-charge wireless Internet access, available in the hotel rooms.

 Hotel Arthur

Arthur is a privately owned, cosy hotel located close to the railway station in the very heart of Helsinki. The main sights and biggest department stores are within walking distance. Smoking is forbidden in the hotel premises. Broadband internet connection is available for a fee.

 Hostel Academica
Address: Hietaniemenkatu 14, Helsinki
The hostel is located within walking distance from the city centre. All rooms have a private shower and bathroom, and also a little kitchenette with a refrigerator. Reception is open all hours.
