Registration is done via an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau and is required from all participants and possible accompanying persons. The registration fee includes
* Maximum age 28. Students are required to show proof of their student status (student ID card or confirmation letter from the university/institute) at the registration desk. PaymentAll payments (registration fee and hotel deposit) must be made in advance in Euros (EUR). Payment options

Please note that no participation confirmation letter will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received. Cancellation and refund policyAny cancellations or changes to registration or accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received by 25 May 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50, and the hotel deposit will be refunded minus a EUR 20 handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 25 May 2012. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, neither the registration fee nor the hotel deposit will be refunded. There is however no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization. |
