Registration is done via an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau and is required from all participants and possible accompanying persons.

The registration fee includes

  • Conference materials
  • Lunch and coffee breaks during the conference
  • Conference dinner on Wednesday, 27 June
  • Get-together on Tuesday, 26 June

* Maximum age 28. Students are required to show proof of their student status (student ID card or confirmation letter from the university/institute) at the registration desk.

Payment

All payments (registration fee and hotel deposit) must be made in advance in Euros (EUR).

    Please state the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number is shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.

  3. Invoice (an invoicing supplement of EUR 10 will be added). Please indicate the exactaddress and reference on the registration form. An invoicing supplement will be charged for each new invoice that needs to be issued due to faulty or inadequate invoicing details provided by the participant.

Confirmation of participation

 During the registration process you will receive two messages:

  1. An automatic reply after successful submission of the registration form.  
  2. A final participation confirmation letter stating that your registration has been paid and is therefore confirmed.

Please note that no participation confirmation letter will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy 

Any cancellations or changes to registration or accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or by fax: +358 3 233 0444. 

If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received by 25 May 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50, and the hotel deposit will be refunded minus a EUR 20 handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 25 May 2012

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, neither the registration fee nor the hotel deposit will be refunded. There is however no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
